TJ is driven by creating safe and functional spaces through innovation and best practices. He is a trusted advisor to the leadership team giving advice and guidance on management of services and processes that support the core running of the business. TJ has worked in multiservice environments where he has had exposure to both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises. He comes to Rankin Creative with experience from Apple, Tesla and Virgin Media 02. In addition, he has spent over 8 years as an Instructor Cadet Flight Sergeant for the Air Training Corps.
