Disney X Boohoo

Ambition

Disney approached us at the beginning of 2020 to create an engaging new campaign to amp up their social channels – highlighting a collaboration with Boohoo. Our target audience was that of their Disney Lifestyles page, a young and savvy teen fanbase hungry for exciting, current content.

Solution

We crafted a playful world where Disney Lifestyle and Boohoo collide, introducing a glam squad of workout warriors. In a super-stylised shoot, we went all out 80s – taking the classic aerobics workout video, elevating it with a contemporary twist. With the badass singer and influencer Kamille at the helm, we packed this project full of powerful personality and fearless, female strength.

Effectiveness

By creating short films set in various 80’s-themed scenarios such as – the workout studio, watercooler warmdown and VHS cover – we delivered a variety of content with a throwback feel.

Our editorial team injected this campaign with the wisdom of their insider knowledge re: all the latest social trends. Through killer copy, carousels, tags and more – these posts generated the reach and engagement they so deserved, with a whopping 41.8K views and 33.9K likes across social.
